Fatigue and low energy
Practical alternatives
- Gradually resume suitable physical activity, adding light then progressive resistance work when possible.
- Regularize sleep, meals, hydration, and breaks; a varied diet supplies protein without unnecessary powders.
- Seek assessment for anemia, thyroid disease, sleep apnea, pain, depression, or medication effects.
Safety note : Do not take iron, vitamin B12, or stimulants “just in case”: test and address the cause with a clinician. Fatigue with shortness of breath, chest pain, or fainting is urgent.
